Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 12 oz smoked salmon (broken up by hand)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (more if you like)
- 1 tsp water
Preparation
Step 1
Bring cheese to room temp
blend (by hand with fork etc.)cheese and all ingredients except salmon
add 8 oz salmon and blend (by hand)
add balance of salmon and toss, leaving some larger chunks
Chill (you and the spread) serve
