  • 1 Large Can Crushed Pineapple with Juice
  • 1 Pound Ricotta Cheese(Skim Variety)
  • 1/2 Pint Heavy Cream
  • 2 Cups Cooked Rice or Risotto
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
