Ingredients
- 10 Eggs- Beaten
- 1 Large Can Crushed Pineapple with Juice
- 1 Pound Ricotta Cheese(Skim Variety)
- 1/2 Pint Heavy Cream
- 2 Cups Cooked Rice or Risotto
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Mix together, put in a 9" x 13" greased Pyrex dish and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
