Ingredients
- 1 lb. hazelnuts, chopped
- 3 egg whites
- 1 c. confectioner's sugar
- Splash vanilla extract
- Splash Frangelico and/or dark rum

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Add liquor and vanilla to taste.
2. Use immediately or store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
