Ingredients
- 1 8oz can mandarin oranges, reserve juice
- 2 tbs white wine vinegar
- 2 tbs oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 lg head of red leaf lettuce, torn
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 6 thinly sliced radishes
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons juice from oranges, vinegar, and olive oil; season with salt and pepper. In bowl toss together lettuce, oranges avocado, and radishes. Serve with dressing.
