Chewy Butterscotch Bars

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 cups light brown sugar
  • Cream well--add 2 eggs and beat
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup nuts (chopped)
  • 1 cup coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Bake in greased, floured 8 x 12 pan for 45 minutes at 325 degrees, slice in bars
If using 9 x 13 pan, bake for 30 minutes.
