Coffee eggnog

Ingredients

• 2 quarts eggnog
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 cup whipping cream
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons dry instant coffee
• 1/2 cup Kahlúa
• 1/2 cup brandy or bourbon
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine eggnog, brown sugar, coffee and cinnamon and beat on low speed. Stir in Khalua and Brandy. Chill. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla till stiff. Top eggnog with cream and some more cinnamon.
