  • 6 to 10 eggs (depending on how many you’re serving)
  • 2 tablespoons half and half
  • 1/2 about 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons butter
  • additional cheese and pepper for topping

Step 1

Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk together until combined. Add half and half, seasonings, and cheese and whisk together. Melt butter in a skillet, add the egg mixture and cook turning and spooning around, about 5 to 6 minutes, until cooked through. Top with more cheese and pepper, serve warm.
