Breakfast corned beef hash casserole

Ingredients

  • Two cans corned beef hash
  • six eggs
  • Tabasco sauce
  • 18 ounce package shredded Colby or cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 1 quart casserole dish.
Spread two cans of corn beef hash in lightly greased casserole dish.
Makes six indentations in corned beef hash with spoon. Break open egg and place raw eggs in each of the indentations.
Sprinkle Tabasco sauce over entire mixture.
Evenly cover mixture with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350° for approximately 35 to 40 minutes until egg yolks are fully cooked.
