Texas Style Rub

Ingredients
- 8 T Paprika
- 4 T Chili Powder
- 2 T Garlic Powder
- 2 T Celery Salt
- 2 T Black Pepper
- 2 T White Pepper
- 2 T Ground Cumin
- 2 T Sugar
- 2 T Brown Sugar
- 1 T Ground Oregano
- 1 T Onion Powder
- 1 T Cayenne
- 3 tsp Dry Mustard Powder

This is a pretty traditional Texan way to do things. Mix all the dry ingredients...
Rub a BUNCH all over the raw meat.
Wrap it up TIGHT in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for at least 8 hours, overnite is best.
Fire up your grill and SLOW cook your meat! Be patient!
Save the leftover rub for another day. Put in in a jar or tupperware. I keep it in a baggie in the freezer.
