  • 4 T Chili Powder
  • 2 T Garlic Powder
  • 2 T Celery Salt
  • 2 T Black Pepper
  • 2 T White Pepper
  • 2 T Ground Cumin
  • 2 T Sugar
  • 2 T Brown Sugar
  • 1 T Ground Oregano
  • 1 T Onion Powder
  • 1 T Cayenne
  • 3 tsp Dry Mustard Powder

Rub a BUNCH all over the raw meat.

Wrap it up TIGHT in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for at least 8 hours, overnite is best.

Fire up your grill and SLOW cook your meat! Be patient!

Save the leftover rub for another day. Put in in a jar or tupperware. I keep it in a baggie in the freezer.
