Ingredients
- 4 cups of sugar
- 2 ounces spice Islands Antiqua instant coffee
- 2 cups rapidly boiling water
- 2 1/2 cup brandy
- vanilla Bean
Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar and spice Islands coffee. add 2 cups rapidly boiling water and stir constantly. Add 2 1/4 cup brandy. Test for consistency in two weeks. Add more Brandy if you wish. Cut vanilla bean and have a scrape out seeds. Hot into pieces and place each piece in jar. Age for 30 days. Makes 2/5.
