Ingredients
- Cornbread
- 1-2 slices toast
- 1/2-3/4 C Onions
- 1/2-3/4 C Celery
- Small Fryer
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp Onion Salt (or to taste)
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt (or to taste)
- 1 1/2 tsp Celery Salt or Celery Seed (to taste)
- Sage (I like lots of Sage)
- Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Prepare the cornbread and crumble in large bowl with crumbled toast.
2. Boil small fryer (save broth)
3. Mix with the cornbread, sage, onion, garlic, celery salt, pepper, and eggs.
4. Take some of the broth from the chicken and cook onions and celery until soft. Once done, mix well with cornbread mixture.
5. Pour in 9x13 casserole dish and bake at 350 until brown and bubbly.
NOTE:
Everything is already cooked and just needs to be warmed up. I like my dressing to be juicy, but you can fix to your taste. I just pour on more broth if needed.
