Ingredients
- 2 packs of graham crackers
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tbsp. butter
- 2 can crushed pineapple
- Cool Whip
Preparation
Step 1
Crush 1 1/2 packs of graham crackers and spread on bottom of greased 9x13 pan.
Mix powdered sugar, eggs, vanilla and butter by hand until smooth. Drizzle over crust.
Drain pineapple and put on top of filling. Top with Cool Whip.
Crush other 1/2 pack of graham crackers and sprinkle on top of cream.
Keep refrigerated.
