Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 pound medium shrimp
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/4 cup torn fresh basil or 1 tsp dried basil add with garlic
- 1/4 parsley dash of crushed red pepper
- 16 Linguiune
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil large skillet and cook garlic about 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Add shrimp and cook and stir over med heat until shrimp turn pink about 3 or 4 min. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir in basil, parsley and red pepper.
Cook pasta, drain
