  • 1 1 1 jar Claussen Dill pickle spears
  • 2 2 2 - packages Budding Ham
  • 2 2 2 - packages Budding Turkey
  • 2 8oz 2 8oz - 8oz blocks reduced fat cream cheese (sub whipped Philly)
  • Mrs. Dash seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Set out Philly a coupe hours before to warm to room temperature (its spreads better when soft). Place two pieces of meat next to each other - overlapping slightly (~ 1") evenly spread a generous amount of Philly over both pieces.

Pat dry a pickle spear with a paper towel and lay the pickle spear across the short direction on one end. Roll up tightly and slice into 1/4's with a sharp knife, set out on end on a serving plate.
Repeat until done
Serve with toothpicks for picking up the rollups
