Jewish Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 small grated potato
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 16 oz grape jelly
  • 12 oz chili sauce
  • 3/4 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ground beef, potato, onion, salt and pepper together. Roll into balls.
Bring to a boil grape jelly, chili sauce. and water.
Add meatballs and simmer 1 hour.
