Ingredients
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. boneless chuck steak, trimmed
- Heavy Duty foil
- 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Place meat on foil; sprinkle both sides with Lipton Onion Soup Mix. Top with mushrooms; wrap, sealing with double fold. Place seam side up on grate over hot coals.
Grill 1 hour or until tender. Use savory broth as gravy.
