Ingredients
- 1 can cut sweet potatoes, drained
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons magarine, melted
- 3/4 cup miniature marshmallows
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mash sweet potatoes. Stir in remaining ingredients except marshmallows.
Tranfer to greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake uncovered at 375 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows and bake 5 minutes longer.
