Ingredients
- 12 oz. peanut butter chips
- 3 tablespoons butter {1.5oz}
- 1 {14oz} can sweetened condensed milk
- 10 oz. mini marshmallows
- 24 oz. dry roasted peanuts
Preparation
Step 1
Put 12 ounces of the peanuts in bottom of a 9x13” pan.
Microwave butter and peanut butter chips until melted. Add sweetened condensed milk and microwave 2 minutes more. DO NOT BOIL. Add mini marshmallows, microwave 1 minute more; stir and pour over peanuts in pan, top with remaining peanuts, press firmly and cool. Cut in squares. Keeps well in refrigerator.
VARIATIONS:
Can use butterscotch chips instead of peanut butter chips and marshmallow cream instead of marshmallows.
