Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients
- 18-1/4 oz. spice cake mix
- 3-1/2 oz. pkg instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1-1/2 cups canned pumpkin
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, blend all ingredients together. Beat at low speed for 30 seconds then 4 minutes on medium speed. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until tested done. Let cool 30 minutes then turn onto onto a serving plate. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Makes 8-10 servings.
