Lemon Yogurt Panna Cotta

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 T gelatin
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup reduced fat milk
- 3 cups Lemon Mountain High Yogurt
- Zest of 2 limes

Preparation
Step 1
Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and add gelatin and sugar. Mix well; add milk.
Combine yogurt, lime zest and gelatin mixture in a large glass bowl. Divide evenly among six dessert molds sprayed with vegetable oil. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours. Turn onto plates; garnish with whipped cream.
