California Caviar

Ingredients

• 1 block monterey jack cheese (grated)
• 1 can chopped black beans
• 1 tomato, diced
• handful of fresh cilantro
• 3 chopped green onions
• 1 cup Wishbone Olive Oil Vinaigrette salad dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients and chill for at least 3 hours. Serve with Frito dip chips.
