Chewy Cocoa Brownies
I am going to experiment with this recipe to see if I can substitute gluten free flour and get a good result.

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 t vanilla
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts, optional

Heat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 pan.
Melt butter. In large bowl, stir together melted butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add cocoa; beat until blended. Add flour, baking powder, and salt; beat well. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into pan. Bake 30-35 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Don't overtake.
