Fruit Torte (From Mom)

Ingredients
- 9 ” SPRING PAN
- 3/4 CUP OF SUGAR
- 1 STICK (SWEET, UNSALTED BUTTER)
- 1 CUP FLOUR
- 1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
- PINCH OF SALT
- 2 EGGS
- FRUIT (SLICED STRAWBERRIES, KIWI, APPLES OR WHOLE BLUEBERRIES)
- LEMON JUICE
- CINNAMON & SUGAR (SMALL AMOUNT OF EACH MIXED TOGETHER
- FOR SPRINKLING)

Step 1
DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat over to 350°
*Spray the bottom and sides of Spring Pan with PAM.
Cream butter and sugar together
Add flour, baking soda, salt and eggs
Spread mixture into Spring Pan
Place fruit on top (KEEP FRUIT TOWARDS CENTER AWAY FROM SIDES)
Sprinkle lightly with lemon juice
Sprinkle entire torte with sugar & cinnamon (mixed together)
BAKE FOR 1 HR.
