Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the dry ingredients together, then add the nuts and mix well. Put aside.
Mix the wet ingredients together and add to the dry mixture. Stir just enough to blend--don't overmix.
Grease and flour a 9x3 inch loaf pan. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake at 350 for 60-75 minutes.
