- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano
- 1 lb button mushrooms (sliced)

Step 1
Step 1: In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and melt butter. Stir in balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano and mushrooms.
Step 2: Sauté for 20 to 30 minutes or until tender.
