Baked Nacho Perogies

This baked Perogie recipe is a nice tasty twist on the classic nachos recipe. I made these for a party we hosted recently and they were huge hit!

Ingredients
- 1 dozen perogies
- 1/2 pound browned beef
- 1 can condensed nacho cheese soup
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen vegetabls, thawed

Preparation
Step 1
Thaw perogies in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Drain.
In a casserole sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, place thawed perogies, browned beef, can of condensed cheese soup mixed with skim milk and taco seasoning. Add bag of thawed mixed vegetables.
Bake in a 350°F oven for 20 minutes.
