- 2 C Fresh Spinach Leaves
- 1/2 C F F Liquid Egg Substitute
- 1 wedge Laughing Cow Original Swiss Cheese
- 1 slice FF American Cheese
- 1 slice Extra Lean Turkey Bacon

Preparation
Step 1
Cook Bacon & chop into small pieces.Preheat skillet to med heat, add spinach & cook til wilted. Spray small round baking dish, put spinach in dish. Break cheese wedge into pieces & put on top of spinach. Cover with bacon pieces. Pour egg over bacon, & top with Am cheese. Bake for 20-25 min or til egg is firm & fluffy. Season w/salt & pepper to taste & enjoy
