Egg Cups

Ingredients
- 2 egg cup molds
- 12 eggs
- 2 tbsp half & half
- 1/2 block of cream cheese
- 2 cups of gruyere cheese
- bacon pieces
- salt and pepper

Step 1
Combine cream cheese, eggs, and half & half (some people do this in a blender.) place bacon pieces in bottom of egg cup. Add gruyere cheese on top. Fill cups with egg mixture. Cover with foil.
In instapot, add 1 cup of water, place trivet, stack egg cups. Close lid. Egg setting, 8 minutes, then natural release for 10 minutes. Remove and inhale. To reheat or for crispy edges broil in oven.
