Ingredients

  • 3 c. chopped romaine
  • 3 c. chopped red leaf lettuce
  • 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 chopped tomatoes
  • 2 diced avocado
  • 4 oz diced deli ham
  • 1/2 cup crumble Blue cheese
  • 6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
  • chopped fresh chives
  • Blue cheese dressing

Preparation

Step 1

In a large salad bowl, toss together the lettuces. Compose the salad. Arrange the ham, chicken, bacon, tomato, chopped egg, and avocado decoratively over the greens and garnish the salad with chives. Serve with blue cheese dressing and crackers.
