Basil Dressing

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh basil leaves (no stems)
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 cup olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Place basil leaves, garlic, vinegar, sugar, and salt in blender and blend well. While blender is running, gradually pour in oil through small opening in lid; continue blending until well mixed. Chill before serving.
