Soy Glazed Portabello Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 6 large portabello mushroom caps,sliced
- 1 small red onion,sliced thinly
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 2 Tbs sesame oil
- 1 1/2 Tbs balsamic vinegar,divided

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425.
Toss onions and mushrooms with soy sauce,sesame oil and 1 Tbs balsamic vinegar until well coated. Spread on a parch paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 min.,until tender. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 Tbs balsamic venegar5. Toss and serve.
This dressing can be used on a variety of vegetables,for example colored peppers,zucchini,or eggplant.
To keep warm for shabbos,cover and place in a 200-250 degree oven until ready to serve.or place on top of a blech to keep warm and moist.
