Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Polish sausage (cut into 1/4" slices)
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 3 T chopped onion
- 5 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 (16 oz) cans of pork and beans
- 1/3 cup of ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 T molasses
- 1 1/2 t W orcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 t prepared mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage in a medium skillet; remove
Combine ground beef and onion in skillet; cook until meat is browned, stirring to crumble, then drain off grease
Combine ground beef mixture, sausage, and remaining ingredients in a lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish
Bake un-covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
