- Juice and grated zest of lemon
- 1/2 cup sliced raw almonds
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 4 (6-oz) pieces of tilapia

Preparation
Step 1
Toss olive oil, lemon juice and zest, almonds, garlic and parsley into a mixing bowl. Place halibut on a large baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Season lightly with salt and black pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Divide almond and herb mixture among 4 pieces of fish and smooth over each piece to create a smooth coating. Bake at 400° until almond mixture is slightly brown and fish is cooked through and flakes easily; about 15 minutes.
