  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups white chips
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts

Step 1

Preheat 350

In medium bowl, beat butter with brown sugar until creamy and light. Add eggs one at a time beating on low speed until combined. Add vanilla, flour, baking powder and salt to creamy mixture and fold until combined. Fold in chips and nuts. Spread batter int a 13 x 9 pan in an even manner. Bake at 350 for 27 to 30 minutes. Let cool at least 40 minutes.
