Ingredients

  • 1 tube Refrigerated Pizza Crust
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (divided)
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Green Pepper (chopped)
  • 1 cup Bacon; Ham and/or Sausage (chopped)

Preparation

Unroll crust onto 15x10x1 (sheet) pan. Flatten dough and pinch up edges slightly. Brush with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Prick dough with a fork and bake at 400 degrees for 6 minutes or until lightly browned

Meanwhile, whisk eggs, water and hot sauce. In a small skillet, heat remaining oil, then add eggs. Cook and stir over medium heat until completely set.

Spoon eggs over crust, then add peppers and onions, sprinkle with cheeses, and last, add bacon and ham.

Bake for 7 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted
