Needa's Roast

Ingredients

• 1 eye round roast 3-5 lbs.
• 1 whole onion, chopped.
• 3 whole cloves
• 1 clove garlic
• 3 tlbs. Regina Wine vinegar in glass of water
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 can Franco American beef gravy

Preparation

Step 1

Brown roast in oil
Add all else except gravy and simmer 3-4 hours.

30 Minutes before done, add gravy and slice meat.
