Ingredients
- 1 lb. basa fillets
- flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped fine
- 1 roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
Preparation
Step 1
1-Heat oil in sauté pan at medium high heat.
2-Dredge basa in flour dip in eggs and place in hot pan.
3-Cook 2 to 3 minutes turn over and cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
4-Place on serving dish and top with tomatoes, seasoning and bits of jalapeno pepper, orange and lemon.
