Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 6 oz Vermicelli
- 1 small onion; chopped or thinly sliced
- 1 stick of margarine
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can of Consommé beef soup
- 1 can of water (10 1/2 oz)
Preparation
Step 1
Melt margarine in pan and add rice, vermicelli, onion and Worcestershire sauce
Brown ingredients
Butter casserole pan and pour mixture into pan; add consommé and water; stir
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
