Flank Steak
Got this recipe from watching a video that was part of the Underground Wellness Summit titled "Just Eat Real Food." Since I have a flank steak in the freezer, thought I might as well try this recipe!

Ingredients
- 3 green onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- Flank Steak or strip steak cut against grain into bite size pieces
- 3 T - 1/4 c arrow root powder
- 1/2 t sea salt
- 1/2 t black pepper
- Red pepper flakes ( optional)
- Ginger
- 1/2 c chicken or beef broth
- 1/2 c honey
- Some type of fat or cooking oil (bacon fat is good)
- Coconut aminos

Step 1
Combine arrow root powder, salt, and pepper. Toss meat in this mixture to coat, then place on a wire rack to dry out.
Add 1-2 T fat to sauce pan and heat up. Add garlic, red pepper flakes, powdered ginger, more salt and pepper. Then add coconut aminos and broth. Cook and reduce down, 3-5 minutes. It will thicken. Then stir in honey.
Add approximately 1/2 cup fat to skillet and coat the bottom enough to fry the steak. Put steak in for approximately 2 minutes on each side, cooking until brown on each side. Then add the sauce and cook for approximately 3 more minutes. Garnish with green onions on top.
