- 2 c. strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. plain yogurt

Step 1
In a Blender
Peel and slice bananas. Wash and cut off tops of the strawberries. Put into blender with the milk and yogurt. Blend and serve. Kids love making this healthy treat. Add sugar or splenda if needed. Also adjust yogurt if wanted. A little less.
