Ingredients

  • 5 cans tomatoes
  • 3 cans stewed with garlic, basil, and oregano
  • 2 cans diced plain tomatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped fine
  • 1 whole onion chopped
  • 1/4 green bell pepper chopped
  • 3 stalks celery chopped
  • 8 baby carrots chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cajun spice
  • 2 lbs stew meat browned then into soup

Step 1


Remove any core in the canned tomatoes. I usually remove tomatoes from can and chop fairly fine and then
place tomatoes and remaining ingredients into large
pan. Turn heat to boiling then down to simmer and simmer for 3 hours.

Can add potatoes later if you like however this soup
has none added to it.
