  • 10 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 pint small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 oz. chopped green chilies

Step 1

Beat eggs until light. Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, jack cheese and melted butter.

Blend with mixer until smooth. Stir in green chilies.

Pour in greased 9x13 dish. Bake at 350 35-40 minutes or until firm and brown.
