Roast (Crock Pot)

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Pouch (2 oz) Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 6 Small Red Potatoes halved
  • 6 long carrots; cut into 2” pieces
  • 3-3 1/2 lbs boneless beef bottom round roast or chuck roast

Preparation

Step 1

Put potatoes and carrots in crock pot.
Add beef
Add soup and soup mix


Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours or cook on high for 4-5 hours.
