Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/3 red onion, grated
- 1 (4 ounce) jar pimento
- Salad:
- 1 medium head iceberg lettuce
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 medium red onion
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and chill 30 minutes.
