Beef satay or chicken

Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1 1/2 lb pounded and sliced beef
- 2 tblsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tblsp honey
- 1/4 soy sauce
- 2 tblsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tblsp sesame oil
- 2 tblsp lime juice
- 1 tblsp chili paste
- 1/4 cup sake, rice wine, or rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 cup coconut
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tblsp chili paste
- 1 tsp red curry paste
- 1 1/2 tblsp fish sauce
- 1 1/2 tblsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 2-3 tbsp brown sugar or honey

Step 1
Put meat in a bag and add the marinate. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 4 hour ar overnight. (if using chicken do 4 hours). When done put the meat on a skewer and grill it.you can also put it in the oven and broil them. Meanwhile to prepare the sauce just heat it till it is warm, adjusting the seasoning if desired. Add some crushed roasted peanuts and sliced green onion for garnish.
