Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/4 c. dill pickle relish
- Paprika
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with 1 ½ inch water. Bring to a boil, cover cook one minute, turn off heat and let stand 14 minutes. Place eggs in ice water to cool. Peel under running water. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks to a bowl and place the whites on serving platter. Mash the yolks with fork until crumbled. Add mayonnaise, mustard, relish, salt and pepper, mix well. Fill egg whites with yolk filling. Sprinkle eggs with paprika.
