Bread Pudding

Serve cold as a square, for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner.

Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. bread (10 to 15 slices)
- 1 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup sugar
- nutmeg to taste
- 1 or 2 eggs
- 1/2 margarine, melted

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*.
Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
Soak the bread in cold water for 1 hour.
Squeeze out the bread and put in a bowl. Add raisins, sugar, nutmeg, eggs and margarine. Mix well.
Place in greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350* for 1 hour.
