Aebleskiver and Glaze

Ingredients

• Glaze:
• 3 Eggs
• 2 Tablespoons Sugar
• 2 Cups Buttermilk
• 1/4 Cup Melted butter
• 2 Cups flour
• 1/2 teaspoon Salt
• 1 teaspoon Baking soda
• 1/4 cup really soft butter
• 1 cup Powdered Sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon Almond extract
• 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients up to glaze and cook in Aebleskiver pan until done all the way thru, turning half way.

Spread with Glaze while warm.

Glaze: Mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
