Foolproof Piecrust

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Flour
  • 1 TBSP Sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1.75 Cup Shortening (Crisco, solid)
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 TBSP White Vinegar
  • 1 Egg

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together: Flour, Sugar & Salt. Cut in Shortening. In small bowl: beat
together water, vinegar & egg; add to flour mixture. Shape into 5 patties
and chill at least 1/2 hour. Bake 450` 12 to 15 minutes
