Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic ; chopped
- 3/4 cup freshly shredded parmesan

Step 1
In a saucepan over low heat melt butter, when butter is melted add cream cheese. When cream cheese has softened add garlic and heavy cream. Simmer on low 15-20 minutes. Stir in parmesan and remove from heat serve immediately.
